By placing the product between two layers of acrylic paint, you can recreate natural wear with impressive precision.

An easy technique with impressive results

First apply the paint that should show beneath the chipped areas, such as metal or rust. Then apply a layer of Chipping Effect with a brush or airbrush, and paint the top coat afterward.

Once the paint has dried, lightly moisten the surface with water. This activates Chipping Effect, allowing you to easily create realistic scratches and paint chips with a brush, toothpick, or another suitable tool. The technique gives you complete control over both the amount and placement of the wear.
