Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

1 REFUND

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether we will issue a refund or not.

Note, we do not refund shipping costs paid by you as the customer or by us as the seller. If the items are not picked up at the post office, an additional fee equal to double the original shipping cost will be charged when the item is returned to us. If the order value is then lower than the shipping fees, no refund will be issued. No refund will be given for items that have been personalized with, for example, engraving or other personal details on the item.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or via another payment method within a certain number of days.

2 PARTIAL REFUND

There are certain situations where we only issue partial refunds: Books with clear signs of use, CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or discs that have been opened. Any items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts that are not our fault.

3 LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as it often takes some time before the refund is processed. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: spel@draklunden.se

4 SALE ITEMS

Refunds are only offered for items at regular price - not for sale items.

5 EXCHANGES

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at: spel@draklunden.se and send the item to: Saddlers Design AB, Ålfors 260, 81591, Tierp, Sweden

6 GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card equal to the value of the gift. Once we receive the item, we will send the gift card to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified once you have returned the item.
