Shipping policy

1 RETURN POLICY

Please contact Draklunden before returning any items.

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used, no refund will be issued. Note, we do not refund shipping costs paid by you as the customer or by us as the seller. If the items are not picked up at the post office, an additional fee of double the original shipping cost will be charged when the item is returned to us. If the order value is then lower than the shipping fees, no refund will be issued. No refund will be given for items that have been personalized with, for example, engraving or other personal details on the item. 

Make sure to include contact information when returning a product and provide a tracking number along with a brief description of what the matter concerns.

Draklunden suggests that you obtain a receipt and a package ID for the return from PostNord as it makes it easier to track the package if needed. Draklunden will issue a refund if it is a valid return. If you have paid via invoice, we need a bank account number so that we can transfer the money. The easiest way is to send the bank account number to us via email.

1.2 SINGLE-USE ITEMS

Some items cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous substances, or flammable liquids or gases. Other examples of products that cannot be returned are gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care products.

1.3 SHIPPING

To return your product, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Instead, send your product to: Saddlers Design AB, Ålfors 260, 81591, Tierp, Sweden. Draklunden is operated by Saddlers Design AB.

You must pay for your own shipping costs for products that you return. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. How long it takes before you receive a new product depends on where you live and which bank you have.

If you are sending an item worth more than 700 SEK, it may be a good idea to use a delivery service that can be tracked or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.

1.4 UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

For packages that are not picked up at your post office within 14 days, Draklunden has the right to charge you for administrative fees as well as shipping costs.

2. REFUND POLICY

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
